                            This is kind of an odd area that I think needs to be talked about, to me it doesn't make sense for someone to have D7 and D8 if they're no longer D7. I haven't removed it off any of the people that had it as of now because it's not been gone over yet. I'm not really sure how we're going to approach that, but I think ultimately when people move to D8 they'll receive that title and lose the D7 title.

                                I like to think of it in a way that's similar to baseball -- you can be classified as qualified to play A/AA/AAA league, but some of the highest-tier college candidates who are prospective major league players go from college level straight to the Major League. The implication is that you're more than capable (or perhaps, overqualified) to perform in the areas below.

                                        Yeah, we're working on it all haha. D8 was so up in the air a few weeks ago but it seems now most agree it should exist and we can proceed with doin all the things.
