I can't even believe I was able to do it so well, the last few runs leading up to that were legit this

The thing I think helps me is to play songs in the 60-65 range to warm up before something like this
and in general to train with those songs to get used to both the faster BPM and jumpstreams
Msg me if anything, I'm not like super experienced either, but it seems like I know how to improve my ffr skills over time
