at least i've never cheated in an official tournament where the number one rule in large bold print says "NO CHEATING" not to mention there are crazy amounts of people keeping an eye on scores lol.

not withstanding the entire situation, you have no right to say this as a way to defend your cause.

Hey Xiz, just so you know I never broke a single rule of your tournament. Your ONLY rules were:

-Post a screenshot with your FFR time stamp
-Your 3 hour rule before the deadline

Both of which I abided by. It's not my fault you didn't take the time to make a more detailed set of rules like every other tourney/contest, so on a technical level I did nothing wrong whether you want to admit it or not.

exploiting tournament rules in addition to cheating certainly doesn't help your cause, and lying about the fact that you didn't cheat until you got caught is pretty bad as well.

Please leave the tournament thread; any further posts from you will result in forum banishment as you are technically spamming the tournament thread.

I feel its unnecessary to repeat what has already been said, but I see no reason to allow you to continue in this tournament. In regards to you comparing yourself to YoshL, the difference between you two is that YoshL came out and apologized, and admitted to his actions however wrong they were. YoshL learned from his mistakes (which I greatly respect him for) ...you did not. Trying to compare yourself to YoshL just shows your immaturity in this situation.

You know if you would have come out to the thread and just said 'sorry' or 'wont happen again' .... I would have let you back in....

Ssbmchamp, do you not have any conscience, any set of values, any moral code? Just because someone doesn't tell you that you can't do something, that doesn't make it ok to do. For example, if there wasn't a law written that said "murder is illegal", does that make it morally ok to kill people? No. You should be ethically mature enough to know that cheating (as well as lying which you also did) , in nearly all contexts, is considered a "wrong" thing.

You could go ahead and mention moral relativism to continue to rationalize your behaviour. However, continuously searching for ways to rationalize and justify your behaviour which you know is wrong, in the end, is not going to make you well-liked.
