Thought the same thing too, but it's 3 files per round. Your score for each round is the sum of the highest rate you can do (with the target score) on each of the 3 files.

Only the highest rate on each song that you can hit the target score counts. There are three songs in a round.

If the target score for song 1 is 10g (50,000 raw score), song 2 is 20g (56,000), song three is 40g (75,000), and you achieve these targets on rates 1.3, 1.5, and 1.2, your round score would be 4.

Only the highest score (rate at which you can hit the target score) you submit for each song counts, just like any tournament.
