With the new R^3 release, do you plan on letting people play on 60 fps, or will you force scores to record for a submission to be valid?

As long as the screenshot has a valid username and timestamp, that is more important than if it records. As long as the 60 NPS setting has the same timing windows, it is alright with me. Is there any advantage other than just a visual enhancement to using it? It would suck though to get a great score and it not count in your ranks.

I would only allow framerates that are multiples of 30. Any other frame rate and you start to get rounding error that causes changes in the timing windows that are subtle, yet significant enough to make a difference.
