I'm starting to go through all the public songs starting with the low level ones to raise my AAA/FC counts. So far, I've gotton 13 AAAs today (including Ivaltek and Polkka)

You should be Advanced AT LEAST. NM = New Member. OM = Original Member (This is the Reborn thread as you see, there was another one before this) You're put into a squad randomly.

I'm not so sure. I think they're for competitions or something. One of the leaders would have a better answer for this question.
