anyhow, anime north is coming up in toronto on may 22-25. theres a DDR tourney/ all day free play DDR there. Maybe thats a good place to meet? last year, i believe ffr had some convention there

Do you speak of the convention that .. 3 or 4 people showed up to?

Anime North has a attendee population of 15,000 people. It is true there aren't aren't a large significant amount of people saturated at the DDR room, maybe around 15-30 people usually park themselves there.

I'd personally love to have an Ontario convention as we have such a strong userbase in the country. I'd do it on my own, but, right now I really can't afford to go to Ontario any time soon. I'm seriously so broke right now I can barely afford to drive down the street let alone go to another country. But give it time and I'll see that some sort of proper meeting is established in the future.

I'll be at AnimeNorth whether you guys will be or not, but I don't know how long I'll be able to stick around since I'll be being pulled in five thousand directions by my friends. If anyone cool lives close to the con and wants to hang out before or after Saturday, I'm definitely in.

Um, look. Just imagine how many of us are in Ontario.

A very small percentage of us, that's what.

Even if we wanted to go, parents would be a huge problem, as well as school still going on for most of us.

Also, even if we had to cross a province/state, we'd be lucky. Most of us have to go across an entire country.

Ontario for sure since it's most popular and more so somewhere in the Greater Toronto Area since it's most populated there.
