There's no real setup. It's just everybody getting to meet each other and have fun the night before the Bowling Green, OH, event, which will be held the next day. There's no invitations or requirements or such; if you're a member of the site and you read this, show up and have fun (bring friends if you wish). By around 7 p.m., I would imagine you'll just have to look for the large group of people, most likely gravitating toward the rhythm machines in the back of the arcade. Of course, we may jump out of the arcade to hit up Bubble Island, look around or get some food at some point, so you'll either have to stick around or fetch someone's phone number to figure out where we're at.

I agree with all of this, but should we kinda meet up at the tables in the corner, by Golden Axe, Mrs. Pac-Man, etc.? I think it will make it a little easier. Or if you see a white girl, since that place is crawling with Asian students, with a Bubble Island cup it's probably me.
We're actually going to come get you together (myself, Hammy, jellygod, Ricky, and Sprite). It'll be a tight fit, but we'll manage. But for good measure, I'll PM you my phone number.
Tight fit, but hey, I don't take up that much space. =P
EDORT: Also, suggestion to those who apply: MTG? To make a nerdy event even nerdier?
rofl magic. Ok why not I'll bring a few decks. They suck hard, but they're fun
After I finish making sure everything else is squared away and my tourney score is submitted, I need to decide which decks to bring, and how I should rebuild one of my others. x3 They suck, but hey, nerdy fun.
I might meet up at Ann Arbor now. My friend said if his parents leave him money when they leave then I can go to Ann Arbor but I don't have enough money for a place to stay at the convention so I might not go to that.
P.S I'll a MTG deck (Blue Counterspells ) Also Axis and Allies or Settlers would B.A

Pinball Pete's has about three or so picnic tables set up toward the counter and people play Magic there a lot. Chances are if you come with decks, there might be other play that there as well.

So everything kinda fell apart with my group at the last minute. I don't think we're gonna be able to make it. We just don't seem to have enough money plus for me its a 1600 mile round trip. It's just too stressful to do in between two full school weeks
