Re: FFR St. Presidents' Groundhog Day Contest Thread
Considering that it fell on its tail, and that it is alive, its senses will have been completely screwed over. Also, since the tail is in the behind, everything it does will be backwards. Thus, it will fall in love with the second George Bush.

Probably Abe Lincoln. First off, if the Groundhog fell on its butt. It would be in a lot of pain and pass out. When it awakens it will see Abe Lincoln's facial hair and it looks like another groundhog. They fall in love.

Re: FFR St. Presidents' Groundhog Day Contest Thread
Groundhog Day is on February 2nd, and President's Day is on February 18th. 18+2=20, and since the groundhog fell backwards, 20 backwards is 2. So I think the second US president, John Adams, is who it will fall in love with.
My real birthdate is November 6, 1995 but I'm keeping it as '92 for nostalgic reasons. Lol.
Re: FFR St. Presidents' Groundhog Day Contest Thread
Well, I think you are talking about flipping a coin.
Since the president on the quarter is George Washington, I think it would fall in love with him.
Plus, I've heard George was a very... romantic man.

Re: FFR St. Presidents' Groundhog Day Contest Thread
Herbert Hoover. because hitting his head on the ground probably screwed the ground hog up. just like how herbert hoover had a screwed up head. and led us into the great depression. haha
Re: FFR St. Presidents' Groundhog Day Contest Thread
Well, It would have to be John Quincy Adams. He was born in Braintree which is obvioulsy where the groundhog fell from so they are already close. Why would love be such a hard jump? He was also the sixth president, and everyone knows a groundhog can survive a six foot fall (it just needs to fall from seven.)

Herbert Hoover did not lead us into the Great Depression, that is a common misconception. He just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The actual causes of the Great Depression are varied, but some include the decline in european demand for American goods, the debt that the European nations owed to American banks, and the credit structure of the economy.
PS: I think the president that the groundhog would fall in love with would be Teddy Roosevelt, because he had an affinity towards nature, creating the National Park system, which benefited animals everywhere, including groundhogs.
