                    He would fall in love with John Adams. Why? Becaise he's the second. As everyone knows: "First the worst, second the best." On a side note, in all probability, Thomas Jefferson did have a hairy chest.

                                Obviously, the answer is future president Hilary Clinton. If he had fallen on his head, it would have been Bush (current) because you have to have fallen on your head to love him. And everyone knows the opposite of heads is tails and the opposite of Bush is Clinton. Way too easy. Make the question harder next time m'kay?

                                                    Since many say "Abe Lincoln"

                                                    I'll say Bill Clinton. "I did not have sexual relations with a dead person" or something like that.

                                                    I hear it a lot, so, in humor of this question, I will be saying Bill Clinton screwed a groundhog that was roadkilled. Thus, this makes "love" to the groundhog, making much sense, right?
