Actually, I wouldn't advise sleeping on the couches at the student union. Sitting around is one thing, but the campus security is pretty prick about people sleeping on them. Just get a hotel room and cram it with people - it won't cost you much at all. Bring sleeping bags or pillows or something and make it a slumber party. If you split the cost, it really isn't that bad.

Oh, yeah, I thought of this since people keep whining about the FFR Convention pic (which was done by our user nforcer I should add) having the 2007 text on it:

Have an FFR convention picture contest where the winner gets to be the official logo of 2008 FFR conventions and for the Animarathon event, we get the picture printed on a banner and have all of the FFR members present at the event sign it. Then we send the banner to the winner, along with maybe a few other goodies.

Good idea, or no?

hmmm, maybe i'll bring my wii. I think the only multiplayer games i have for that are dragonball z bt2 and 3 lol. well, and guitar hero but I only have one guitar. and i guess wii sports but those got lame quick.

or maybe I could bring n64 + smash bros =p
