Correct and processed~
Reminder: You do not have to spend Stat Points right away; you can hold on to however many you want and you do not have to spend them all in one go. Once Stat Changes are Processed, they can not be reversed until the fee is announced to return your character back to base stats, reverting all of your stat points.

In your case, you are in between both 6 and 7. Ultimately, you decide what you can handle. I am keeping an eye on all players who might try to sneak a division below them as a completion but that would be halted immediately. This isn't a scoring competition so if you went to D6 (based from leaderboard rank) then nobody could object; even if you can handle D7.
