You can go ahead and award Edged his chest prematurely since it is statistically impossible to beat his GT submissions (iirc if one player submitted 500mil and 1 point they would be secured the chest).

I'll be awarding the chest when the bonus event completes, since chests obtained outside of dungeons scale with the player's current level. I will say this though, everyone will benefit from the event being completed.

Someone please get around to updating mine when possible, I kind of already did the calculation for stuff in the master sheet for myself, but my inventory & stat RNG's haven't been applied or anything, so my individual page could use an update from another staff member.
