slightly confused and would like clarification regarding this: since I'm almost level 10 now, if I want to open that chest, I'd have to do so before I reach level 11 as per some post someone made at some point that I don't feel like hunting down since it's not in the OP? Or was that specifically for chests awarded prior to that ruling? (I'm still really confused about the whole chest opening situation)

You can open the 1 - 10 chests up until Level 11 (Once you reach level 11 you cannot open those chests).

I've made sure that it won't, the leaders will be 5 exp away from lvl 11.
