I'm assuming #1 in the new changelog cannot be completed in conjunction with also finishing the quest for your recommended division

This is what I was wondering. I wonder if you can still get the full reward if you manage to do both quests.

Once again, No.

You cannot use your divisional song and the one below you for completing a quest. It is meant for if the quest and your divisional song is too tough, a player won't be excluded with rewards so you can player the one lower than yours to accomplish the quest completion at half of the rewards and no chest.

Never mind, I will just go ahead and go with doing the D3 song. I don't think I can improve on the D4 song anymore at the moment.

I guess sure; I was going to try to implement an extra reward for doing the above division's song yet D7 cannot do such just like D1 cannot go any lower (but I could pick a way easier song to combat that).
