EVERYTHING you need to know is in the rules. In case you missed it, I went back and highlighted in the rules what a bunch of people missed, but it was there all along...If I tell you personally then I would have to tell everyone who didn't do it right, and that's not fair to the people who did it right from the beginning, especially if they don't win and you or someone else that didn't do it right did. I'm not trying to be a dick, but as a participant in an event, it's your job to examine the rules/regulations and figure out what needs to be done.
