Bulb, as in Misha Mansoor from Periphery? He is one of my old friends from the meshuggah forums. I've been trying to get onto him for over a year to give us permission.
He is rarely/never on msn/aim, and he doesn't visit the meshforum anymore ;___;

So I was looking through the blanket permissions, and realized that we actually have a load of artists whom we have permissions for, but don't have songs in game. More often than once I've looked into this thread in the hope of exploring new music from artists I didn't know before, but as I'm usually hoping to listen to only certain genres, it's not worth the effort to check out every artist just to find the few that produce music of that genre.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to attach the primary genre(s) of an artist after the artist's name in the first post? It's something I'd like to see. Obviously there's a lot of work to be done for that to work, but I've thought of some community like thing where people can just chip in for the artists they're familiar with. Anyone else want to see this?

I'm actually considering going through every artist to label what type of music they produce. It'll be time consuming as hell to make the list, but I think I'd be up for it.

Thanks mate. Mostly it is because my power supply died and I was checking/fixing dead links and updating what artists have stuff in-game in notepad, but I've been on the wife's laptop and with all the other stuff I'm doing atm, I reeeeallycan't find the motivation to redo all of that xD
