**** it. I love Copy's songs, and I'm sure none'a you guys are gonna chart them. Even if you did I probably wouldn't enjoy playing them since I don't play spread.

Maybe I'll try stepping for songs that the one-handers like myself can enjoy.

Permission from Hypernite Industries on newgrounds in specific for "Speedcore 300" (A file I previously stepped and retitled Hypernite Industries.)

I'd like to be specific with what kind of permission he gave us, but since I'm kinda a newbie at permission obtaining here's the message he gave me as a reply to my request (though you needed this anyways.)

I'm not really sure what this means either.
I see that we have permission for ONE song, but the way he worded it made it sound like the use of ANYTHING was fine.

certainly sounds like a permission to me. btw, my soundcloud is up and running, and would like that to be my link on the permissions list, link is in the siggy, also would like the Artist name to be DJG00N instead of my FFR user G00n6969, kthx. =]

edit: side note: not necessary to PM me before using any track as of right now considering i dont get any tracks listened too unless im posting in the necessary forum xD

Just so you guys know, the one PokeRemixStudio track we have permission for, I have the mp3 of it, but stepping it has been a low priority due to a death in the family and a few other projects I've been juggling.

If anyone who knows what the hell they're doing when they crack open that editor wants it, hit me up on AIM and we can talk turkey.

why did you only ask for permission to use one song instead of blanket? seems kinda dumb to only ask for one song to use =|

edit: what he's saying is that he gives us permission to use that one song but he thinks the song is crappy and if asked we could use the rest of his music.

Had a few discussions with Fighter X, he allowed the use of the following songs mentionned in the pm:

-Umbra
