For those of you thinking your file is one with a [--] rating, I highly doubt it... unless you had the wrong BPM, offset, and whatever else. I'm under the impression that unless the notes you put down had no relation to the music whatsoever, then you're going to get a [-] at the very worst. And I'm speculating that somebody who even assumed they were stepping what would get a [--] wouldn't submit it (those actually stepping [--] files probably think they're really good). So, if you're somebody that at least knows how to step something, no need to think it was your file.
Or I'm wrong and everyone knows what their file is going to be rated.
