the main things to know, really... no holds and only 1 difficulty per submitted file. that's about it. also, syncing. if it's less than ~10ms off, it likely won't make a difference at all in FFR. especially if it's something like a piano piece and it's only a few notes off by 5-10ms. if it's a gap issue throughout, different story.
since with 30fps, that means each frame is 33ms. so 10ms is 1/3 of 1 frame. meaning anything within 15ms will be rounded to that frame, so by nature many notes will be as much as 15ms off from frame rounding.
