i don't think it would be hard to since 8bp are usually less strict about using their media as long as the author is credited.

well very few people can produce quality simfiles, and the few exceptions come once in a while. We need to train more people to be good

More people would become good stepfile authors if they were willing to put the time and practice in that it requires to be good. Most beginners seem to think that they will make good files right off the bat and don't realize that it takes hours upon hours of work to start making good files.

it took me 70 simfiles to make a good one



70 SIMFILES. usually takes a few months to get the hang of it. took me 2 years.

What really sucks is, apart from other well known simfile authors, talented beginners with potential sometimes get blown off because they haven't been syncing for a long time compared to those who have.

I've stepped over 11 files.

edit:I had to edit the other 6 because they werent synced properly.

If you're a beginner, but you have good files, they files will get accepted.

Blu and jx don't sit there and go "oh, I don't know this person, let's give them a --."

I'm not going to pass judgment since I've never seen one of your files... just realize that 10 files is not a lot. For reference, Tetris Remix, my first file on FFR, was around my tenth file. You see how good that was.
