This is fixed, it's always the same people who get accepted. Try giving other people a chance for once or at least let the public decide if it's an ok stepfile or not. I'm not whining because my file was rejected, but I spent weeks syncing on one song over and over again. Hell, theres no possible way, this must be a fix. But whatever, congratulations to all. Next time please make sure you view ALL of the simfiles. If not, that's the best way to piss people off.

guidelines on submitting for a new batch:

Unlimited resubmits on songs that were played by me but not queue'd. On songs not played by me, you get at most 3 submissions... and of those 3, at most 2 new files.

make sense?

They raise the limit though for people who have proven that they can make good files. (I'm getting there hopefully :S)

they're submits then resubmits in the same batch cuz of very very minor problems, I don't mean resubmits from failures in a prior batch

If you are only going to play a certain number tho I'll just state the priorities from best to worst:
Thrash
Dead and Direct
Forgotten Planet (the resubmit for it)
Illumination of the Sky
Nebula (the resubmit of it)
J'ai Envie de en plaisir x2 or whatever it's called
