Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
oops. i wonder which of my files got in lol. maybe time, but i hated that file.[Technical Factor]
- syncing/correct rhythms
- layering with dominant sounds
- pitch relevancy
- consistency
[fun factor]
- non-repetitiveness
- proper length
- putting jumps on intense parts
- index friendliness
etc. sometimes those 2 factors contradict each other, so balanced files are needed.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
stop talking. that file is 6 hells of alot better than anything you can produce.i hope you weren't implying i'm a total flower loving guy, and come hug me stargroup, cuz sunny side up was the best song ever what great steps and please make more off note stuff that are actuly jumps, but then again you like to follow every single note possible even the ones that aren't there make more please please please, it's the most fun stuff ever. ever man
stargroups obviously got talent, not only was that good file, he MADE the song. im sure he would know what goes where if he made it....
and plus, he got a song like DEATH PIANO queued. youve gotta have some kinda stepping skill to get that done.Originally posted by dAnceguy117esm, you are a fucking legendOriginally posted by Arntonachwow ur prettyOriginally posted by MrGigglescaring should be a get-outable offenseComment

i hated sunny side up, but i love all of stargroup's files that aren't that. geno makes pretty good files, like the one's he has on the db.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
i played em. they all need work. especially string machine. YNS out the ass.
geno, keep up the practice. eventually, your files will get better. The man with the machine gun was semi-enjoyable, but the patterns were inconsistent, some freezes were random, and some jumps were not needed.Originally posted by dAnceguy117esm, you are a fucking legendOriginally posted by Arntonachwow ur prettyOriginally posted by MrGigglescaring should be a get-outable offenseComment

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
string machine was something i attempted a long time ago ovisly dint work im reworking it, thanks for the compliments robertsona il be submitting the rest of my files if they din't make into the queue, witch they probly dint, also i just don't like the song sunny side up props to him for attempting to produce a song but i just wasn't feeling it, lastly english is not my first language and therefore that is why my post are all completely incomprehensible and absurdly annoying.Comment

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
well, it's a good list for us on ffr, but technically a lot of the stuff on there is incorrect. it's pretty amusing, coming from jimerax.[Technical Factor]
- syncing/correct rhythms
- layering with dominant sounds
- pitch relevancy
- consistency
[fun factor]
- non-repetitiveness
- proper length

- index friendliness

@ eastside: death piano was surprisingly easy to step. I stole shash's sync, so all I had to do was change up the placement and stuff
to be honest, I didn't like my steps for sunny side up. the file would've been much better if it stayed on sm.(´・ω・`)Comment

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I was thinking about stepping Death Piano (but I figured you'd do it justic so I didn't bother), but I could tell it would be easy to step. It's all constant BPM except for the part that begins the final section but then it only increases in 5bpm increments.Comment

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I can't make anything a certain playing style-friendly...most of my files are like why did you make this part so index friendly and this part so spread friendly and blahblahblahblahOriginally posted by DossarLX ODIWhat's the point of using drugs anyways? I heard they help you relax but that's pretty much it. (Not talking about medicines)Comment

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I think the only file I made that was purposely meant to be played on all styles was V1. Most of my other stuff was extremely spread biased. =/Comment

Jx, if you're looking for index-friendly files, why do you reject files for 1-handed trills and runningmen?Comment
