If i remember correctly, the batch is closed until the Christmas event is done. I might be wrong though.

Submission will be open after these things.

- FFRMas event
- confirm accepted files from previous batch
- set submission cap (also I'm thinking of new point system for simfile artists)
- set approximate judgement rules (this isn't urgent compared to others)

The video wasn't originally there. It was just added now.

And like OMGWTFTOKEN, there are always exceptions to the rule. Why? Dunno, but that's how it goes. Don't take it as a fairness issue ichlie. These exceptions aren't reserved for anyone in particular.

I wasn't really looking at it as a fairness issue, it was just that you guys were all saying "everyone is going to hate it" and it just seemed like....well why do it?

Just my opinion. I won't be good enough to play it anyway so it won't matter too much to me. Was just curious, 'tis all.

What's funny is how Rubix already did that and he considered it a "special" file worth trying out - this won't be any different.

That is, "The Legend of Art" file with a video playing in the BG and I could read the arrows perfectly fine but it was just pointless and stupid. But whatever, if you guys want to add a BG, go for it.
