I think global offset adjustment function should just be used for individual pc issues, if we have to change it everytime we play another song it's just lame.

So offset of ingame songs should be accurate as possible for most people.

ps kk putting those 2 to conditional. judges tell me if there're more offsync queue'd songs that are at unbearable level.

Fixing offsets on songs has never been a problem for me when judging because I use ddream so its just a cliclk+ sroll wheel. I like to mention the offset though so the stepper knows that its off but its never a deciding factor unless its retardedly off

I'll try to get mine completed tonight. I had already briefly gone through all the files but most of them are really bursty or technical so I'm being careful with it.

Urgh... I was thinking I'd have this done by now... I had meant to get it done before today, because I knew I'd have to be studying for finals and stuff... But I didn't think that would be a problem because, well, I thought I'd have it done ... Lots of different things came up and took a lot of my time, and ugh .... I waste so much ... What was I even doing ... No excuses .... [insert 20+ minutes of self-depreciating thoughts]

Okay, I said I'd get them done this time ... I don't want to, uh, break that promise .... But after this, I think it would be better for me to just be a back-up judge. I ... like, I'm just .... unstable. I thought I would be able to do this, but I gotta take control of my life first ... learn to discipline myself and not waste so much time ...

I relooked some of old queue'd files, and I have to move RAIN (spitfire & blu) to conditional.

Ending 24ths aren't acceptable at all, like it ruins everything. definitely need fix.

Skeletor has kinda similar parts but it's still understandable so ok.

ps maybe I'll just change if authors don't.
