I have to standardize the offset of dwis before I add them to the game anyways (Not a big problem if it's off by only 5ms or so).
If the offset in your file is off by >20ms, there might be issues in either your syncing method or your PC.Comment

it's a better batch than usual b/c only the people who are confident stepartists are aware of and had time to submit for it
