danceguy, if that's the way you want to do it, submit some simfiles to my 3rd style release project. A bunch of files will be released at once, when third style comes out but we need people to submit sims in order to have this happen.

I totally forgot about that, I might just have to do that.

at this rate, the files that are used for 3rd style will come straight from the Queue. considering the queue is MASSIVE.

Make sure the simfile artists are alright with waiting a long time for 3rd style to come out. Send any files you want to me for the pack, don't keep them for yourself. I want no crap sims in this project.

3rd style... how does it differ from R1? Are freeze arrows and/or bombs included?

EDIT: Also, what if I were to step something that's in the queue/already in R1 for 3rd Style?

tloz... try reading this thread. i stated within the past 24 hours how large the queue is.

Tass probably wouldn't let me do that. If you stepped it for 3rd style, got it accepted, but someone else stepped it for 2nd style (current game) and Tass accepted THAT one, we probably wouldn't be able to put it in the 3rd style release pack. Which is pretty gay, if he did that. The 2nd style queue is already 65 sims strong (WITHOUT the queue'd sims in the update that comes tonight). I don't see any reason at all why he can't simply reject simfiles if they were already accepted into my project. (Or at least toss sims to that particular song my way so I could compare)

2 small things to note...

1. current release of FFR takes priority over any potential for 3rd stlye... considering there is no set date for 3rd style, etc etc etc
2. it isn't like i'm keeping tabs on what you're doing with your 3rd style project. what files you've gotten/accepted, or anything like that.

so, basically, your project plays precisely dick into our consideration for the game. if someone submits a queueworthy file for a song that you've gotten a submission on from someone else... well, tough cookies for whoever sent it to you, Rebirth. they're more than welcome to submit it to us for inclusion into the current game... and hey, it might wind up that that file would be used for 3rd style release anyway. who knows.

That feels really unorganized, and I don't like your way of doing it, but whatever.

This is exactly why I'm only getting artist permissions for third style now. So people can step songs only for third style.
