Traditionally, borderline files are rejected or queued conditionally...depends on the file.
edit: yeah, +.,+.,? almost makes it, but not quite
and I guess jimerax's point system eliminates the subjectivity on what I said above
And dunno what's up with files not fully judged by everyone. I guess you either have the remaining judge(s) to review those files or at the very least, make a decision upon the current judgment (although this isn't quite fair).
edit: with jimerax's point system, incomplete judgment is definitely not a fair thing if left as is
@jx: could you put some more info on the point system on the first page of the thread? You might notice that Tass' descriptions refer to a rating out of 5, which isn't on the same scale as yours.
