Ghakimx always says that, it's not out of the ordinary...but it's getting really old though.

That's correct, since we still have the files from the current batch stored away.

Of course. But in addition to this, dore's unofficial retirement from the position will extend the expectant finishing time, assuming that a) we'll have to look for a new judge, and b) that new judge will have to go over the entire batch as well.
Don't worry, since there are plenty of files around already, there's no short supply of them right now.
