Hey man, I'm just wondering if we at Flash Flash Revolution can use your originals and remixes in our game?

Flash Flash Revolution is a Dance Dance Revolution flash simulation game. You tap to the arrows on the screen (using your finger(s) on the arrow keys).

We have similar permission from artist surrounding you:
Trance Blossom 
Areia Creations Global Entertainment
Justin Maes

Since we have permission from Jun to use the Areia Remix brand, that includes your 빠빠빠 and Coup d'etat remixes. 
I'm here to ask for further permission to use the rest of your remixes and originals.

Neither you nor the game developers get any money from this, and the game will be free to play forever.

The way this usually works is we ask permission from the artists before we use their tracks in our game.
Not all artists say yes, and not all artists who say yes get their songs in game.
It's more like asking if we CAN use them, if we want to use them.

"wow..that sounds great!! Im sure give a permission..but what song u gonna use?"

We will use whatever songs get charted for the game. We haven't started using any of your songs because we previously didn't have your permission.


If you wish, I can personally inform you if any of your tracks get into the game.

Allow me to clarify.

As far as I know, if say, Godspeed releases a song on his website or on his website and if owns rights to the album and we have permission from him to use his songs, we can use songs on his album, his website or anything he sends to us. HOWEVER, if he has a song on another album/label that does not belong to him nor does he have the rights, we cannot use it.

As far as I know, I have the rights to the following G5 Project artists:

- Godspeed
- Takajii

I have infact sent an email to all the members up till 2010 which include:

- a2c
- d-suke
- ニケ

I do NOT have any email sent to 大和 also known as YAMATO. Therefore DO NOT label him as G5 Project nor usable. The emails I have sent out have given us permission to use any song made by Godspeed and Takajii, inclusive of their songs on G5 Project releases.

I hope this clarifies everything and I apologize if I haven't been around. I would be more than obliged to send more emails to these artists mentioned.

Hey guys,

Limited permission from ginkiha.

This is ginkiha, thank you for you message.
In regard's of permitting the usage of my music. With
an exception to a few songs, you are welcome to use them.
These are the following exceptions:

- Songs that are contracted with KONAMI are unacceptable. This includes
(EOS/Dawn of Asia/EGG/Starlight).

- The full version of songs I have available on itunes are unacceptable.
However, the short version of those songs are OK.

Adding on/elaborating what other stuff we probably have to be careful of.

-These apply to all songs ginkiha has so far(5/29/2014). For any later albums in the future
it is best to ask ginkiha directly if it is OK to add that song to FFR (in Japanese). But I'm warning, especially with Japan, you need to know how to speak professionally.

-When ginkiha means short version, that doesn't mean cutting the full version to whatever part you want.
There are short versions available on ginkiha's soundcloud. So if you are cutting the full version of the song make sure you cut within that short version region. Otherwise, your better off getting the songs from soundcloud.
