I got this a while ago but forgot to post it.

Paul Udarov is a man who remixes song by authors such as Cell Dweller and even Blue Stahli.

He also provided me with a Download to an Album called "Reborn" and if you are interested, PM me, as I'd feel kind of bad just posting it.

So here's the situation.

Around late 2011 Ghakimx got the permission to use G5 Project tracks.
G5 Project consists of multiple artists, which were added to the blanket list individually.
But, they made a new album, with a new artist: Yamato.
Does it still fall under G5 Project blanket permission, or do we need Yamato's permission seperately?

There hasn't been an update in 6 months and I have a list of what to change up to page 3, I'll see what else needs to be updated in the next few pages and then do an update this Friday. So any song can be used from them as long as you ask for the mp3?

Well, I dunno if he'd give the MP3s out, but YouTube -> MP3 conversion works.

Note: He can't give legal permission, but we're free to use it. If the original content owners come knocking at their doors, it's us who take responsibility. Which basically means; he gets complaints, we take them down. (Which only applies to unofficial remixes.)

I'm sure I could get a definite answer if I asked about the MP3s on request, but YouTube MP3 rips aren't completely bad for just playing a chart to, and there's probably mirrors by fans elsewhere anyway.

edit: I think I'll actually ask Jun about his actual originals and the MP3s on request.

I'm awaiting a reply that will clear all this up.
I am talking directly to the CEO about this matter, so I'll be able to get all the information soon.

As it stands, we are unofficially allowed to use the "Areia Remix" brand. Like I said before, if the original content owners come to Jun about us using their music content, we have to take responsibility and take the files down.
Those remixes listed are what we have FULL permission over.
I'm asking about the original content released by Areia Creations Global Ent. though, to see if we have full label permission, or just label remix permission.

tldr; We have permission if we take responsibility.
Being a fan-community, we should have no problems.
But if problems occur, we remove the songs from the game.

Simple right now.

So after a 6 month limbo this thread got a pretty big update up to post #118.

I'll be using this post to keep track of what permissions have been posted in the thread so far. Warning: It's listed in alphabetical order, not by post number.

I will try to make a commitment to update this thread every week or two. 6 months is unacceptable and I apologize.
