Sent fixes for o'er the flood and WANGBT.

For o'er the flood, I fixed up using the notes as I saw fit. The early part with the shakers is still iffy as hell, but I really don't like the idea of putting in all those 32nds that are actually played by the shakers, because it gives that section an overly intense feel as compared to the one afterwards. I did add in the missing 64th bursts in that section though, which can be easily jumptrilled (they're a nice jolt of a counterpoint to the slow 16ths).

I also toned down the coloring, but it's still there . Fixed up missing/ghosted arrows in the main sections.

For WANGBT, sorry yoshl but I couldn't in good faith put in a 24th jumptrill on a file which peaks out elsewhere at an isolated 24th 1234321 pattern lolol

I've been working really hard on fixes. I have made them for all but 4 of my queued files.

The ones I'd like to have postponed are:
You Time
Lexus Cyanixs
Fanteucpx[zv
Arianrhod (I know it's been more than a month, this file is really hard to get right... sorry!)

I am sending fixes for all 11 of my other queued files this evening.

I'd like both Breathe and Blue to be postponed for a few days. This may be unnecessary right now considering how recent the batch notes were posted but I still want to make changes to them before they're ingame.
