Your files were both accepted if you're talking about Tornado and Giant's kingdom. There's not going to be extra notes or anything.

I've pretty much completed my fixes; should I be putting the fixes on the file where I submitted it or sending it to someone specifically?

I forgot to mention that I sent Subterfuge Shuffle on email awhile ago, and recently sent Subterfuge Shuffle again - and Runs from the Rain on the actual FFR Batch Submission system. I hear that updating the files through the Batch system is preferred than through email, but I ended up doing both. I guess I'll update future files through the Batch system instead of email.
