Below is the list of Accepted and Conditional Queue songs since the batch freeze on 11/23. Next week I'm going to contact my hosting provider to cancel the site's renewal and then continue development on the new BSE site now that I have a backup of the database with the changes reflected in this post.

The new site will be on the dossar.me domain when it is finished. Right now there is only the Crossover Spectrum site on there.

I thought I already put fixes for my one and only conditionally queued song. Maybe it was looked at and still in the CQ? I can barely even remember it at this point. (Still, I care enough to inquire.)

My files from the March/April batch (set 1) aren't on there either (should be 2 cq'd and 1 accepted file). Checked my email, I sent cq fixes for those files on 10/24.

Please specify exactly which files you are referring to, what date, and which e-mail you sent to so it can be put on a backlog for updating on the new site when it's finished.

Fixes were for "Does the Microwave Dream of Electric Sheep", "Eternal Peace is Nothing but an Illusion", and "Gate Openerz". Sent to the [email protected] email on 10/24.

Unless there's something I missed or I'm reading it wrong:

Fixes for:

Almost There V2
Decretum

were sent in the same e-mail as the fixes for Kindred. (October 9th to [email protected])

and

La Tristesse Durera Toujours had fixes sent in a while ago, but I cannot find the e-mail myself either, but I'm pretty sure it's been resubbed more than once since the official tourney batch and if I haven't remembered to send it shouldn't it have been changed to rejected by now? (Though they're more than done I could resend them, but I don't have fixed notes to go with it at this time and couldn't remember which changes I've actually made from the last set of notes I could hunt down.)

Sorry if this is just me reading this wrong.

Thanks for the information on files to update. On a related note, the BSE site is now down as planned, and development on the new site should start next week. Note that the current files in the queue (excluding what information needs to be updated from the previous few posts) can be seen in this post.

Because of the lack of updating that was done after the notes were released and the circumstances of the batch freeze/BSE site going down, the following batches will have the Pending Fixes deadline extended starting from today*:

- July/August 2017 Set 4

This means the following CQ'd files have a deadline of Saturday, April 28th, 2018 11:59 PM EST.
*July/August 2017 Set 2 had no Conditional Queue files.

So with the completion of November 2016 Set 3 and July 2017 Set 1 (and the passed files in July 2017 Set 2 and November 2016 Set 3), the 2016 and 2017 batch periods have now finished main judgment!

The BSE will updated probably later this week with the results, although in the meantime you can see the corresponding results.

The Batch Search Engine is now up to date! This involves the following stats:
• 6 songs were moved to Released, and 3 more added to Accepted, leaving us currently with 44 Accepted files.
• 6 more Pending Fixes were sent, leaving Conditional Queue with all 21 files having Pending Fixes!
• November 2016 and July 2017 are now fully up to date.
• 5 files were transferred from the January 2018 Regular Batch over to the Official Tournament 12 Batch, which was also added to the BSE in this update. Note that for currently submitting to the Official Tournament 12 Batch, you should use the submission process specified in the thread.

Pending fixes reviews:

Alone
- Everything that was tabbed as needing to be fixed has been fixed, file looks good.

Credits
-most of the file looks good now, but the last section still has some missing 16th jumps, (54.375, 57.056, 59.738, etc.).
Also make the jack transition consistent when you do add those jumps (e.g have 1 column shared between the two jumps like you do at 58.937.
Literally just add in those jumps and this is ready.

Light of the Seven
-Pr was improved a lot, file looks good.

The Candy Corn Witch
-Fantastic job with the changes. Really looking forward to playing this when it gets released.

Tope Doge
-Theres still super minor stuff I'd personally change, but everything I asked for was taken care of, file's good to go.
