I thought Fission had stepped one of these. I might if nobody else has claimed them, pretty interesting stuff

As far as I know, gold stinger stepped aerostorm but doesn't want to submit it to the batch, and Fission was working on the short version of goTe EX (goTe), but that was some time ago, and I'm not sure what their progress is like/how their ban would affect their ability/desire to submit.

on a side note my version is really dumpy and breaches 36nps constantly I don't think it'd be suitable for batch

The idea of submitting something to batch though is lingering idk

Since this batch will be done in multiple phases, judging will start Soon™ after the New Judgment System is finalized in the next few days -- I have to look over Silvuh's feedback again. On a serious note about the soon thing (since that's obviously a bad word that should never be used here), I'm aiming for the Hard Songs Batch judging to start Friday next week so if any of you want to send revisions to the currently submitted files then please do so before judging starts for the first phase.
