I may try and take a stab at a Reizoko file I've been working on, though I'll have to start it over for the 3rd fucking time which is slightly annoying considering.

Not quite done yet, but the notable thing is that the high peaks are pure stream, no jumps at all.

his file's NPS is super inflated because:

- a.) Blastix Riotz = 256 BPM
- b.) there are a metric fuckton of opportunities for 16th note jumptrills, which equate to ~34 NPS, which is why the graph is the way it is

not to say his file's not hard - I'd hope that he used some split-handed jumptrills on the 5/7 note sequences (or if he's really bold, the 13+ note sequences); we need more files with split-handed stuff at that tempo

I have always thought that trap-style hi-hats, alongside fast chippy arpeggios, was the way to go for making hard files to popular EDM tunes that typically don't have the usual hallmarks of "hard file songs" like double bass drum runs or IDM/breakcore-style snare samples.

Since you showed the name I had a chance to give the song a listen and man, all I can say is awesome choice. I have always wanted to step something like this but have never found a song half this promising! (Maybe sometime on Skype I can show you a file for a similar song that I worked for a while about a month ago)
Eager to see how it turns out.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Camellia. Dossar tried contacting him two years ago, but never received a response.

yeah but I've also seen what his file looks like and it's obscene

(and he was worried about not breaking the 89 difficulty )

Her*, Camellia is female. I remember when I mentioned Blue Planet to her she put up a 40 second song, Blue Planet (Red Planet Remix). Then she didn't respond to my permission request.

Edit: The gender association might have been female back in the day, because that was what I saw on the Blue Planet post back when Camellia was 13/14 years old and went by Izayoi Sak at the time. Looks like the person would rather go by male now according to what's on cametek.jp

Sent in the files to replace the ones that were moved to this batch from the normal batches.
I didn't see any indication of which email they were supposed to be sent to so I used the regular email.
Let me know if I need to re-send them to a different one.
