I found Intergraation as a mid-lower FGO haha. The easiest FGO FC (Without mashing of course) imo is probably Lolo or Reality. Both relatively short files, but you need some speed to get good scores on them apparently.

Go for the files that you think you can FC with ease actually. Those are just a few songs that I think are the easiest FGOs to FC.

Integraation is FMO-worthy outside of the introduction; hi19 is right about it being a potentially easy FC for Ben - if Reuben can take on Epidermis with success, Integraation plays like it outside of the first 400 notes (albeit a bit more aggressive).

Yeah this was basically my line of thinking.
The first 25% of the file is all low FGO level bursts, if you make it through there there's only one color burst about 40% of the way through and a pretty dense jumpstream burst section about 85% of the way through... idk, unlike Reality or Lolo it doesn't take much raw speed to FC, just burst ability.

Cut my boos from over 900 to the 400 range, but I still dont have the stamina not to mash the end. I could get under 50 boos if my hands didn't tire out =(

also I lol'd at the tiny rank jump for improving by 50 or so goods and 500 boos
