I started hitting the keys a lot lighter a while ago. I noticed that there wouldn't be a difference in the results whether I rape the keyboard with my fingers or hit them lightly.

I just sorta brought my fist down towards my keyboard like a hammer and literally "smashed keys". My hand still hurts and sometimes my "O" just keeps typing when I don't press it.
