Offsets:


-If the arrows are early:
Negative offsets move the song back x amount of frames.
In another perspective, it moves the arrows back x amount of frames.

-If arrows are late:
Positive Offsets move the song forward x amount of frames.
In another perspective, the arrows are moved forward x amount of frames.


Tip: If it's slightly off that, changing offset by 1 will usually solve it. You will definitely be able to tell if it's more than 1.
