Try not to mash it. Try to actually read the patterns. You'll find yourself improving more than you think you would.

As for stream patterns that probably will suit you more, try Purple as suggested by Marco and Vertex BETA to work on speed. To practice your endurance on stream patterns, Blue Army is your best bet.

I can play the first 500 arrows just fine, then it all goes to crap. The weird rolls and jacks are too fast and I can't hit them at all.
