The problem seems to be that I'm hitting too many arrows. If I get the combo first, I hit too many arrows so I can't get enough misses. If I get the misses first, I get the right number too late in the song to get a high enough combo.

Miss the first few until you're about to fail. Combo up to w/e the combo is (214?) then ONLY hit the left 2 arrows (non mirror). Then fail on the last jump of the song.

Yeah, Zierg, that really helped me out. Marisa is actually a pretty fun file once you get past the rage-inducing video. I really should lower my speedmod for it, because half the time I can't see what I'm doing in the transitions in the first 300 and whiff, and the other half I fuc up in the bursts later on, particularly around 1000.

Also, holy crap since when did I have anti-skill?

(You can't see it in the shot, but I was less than 20 perfects away from missing the token get.)

And as rage-inducing as The Medley of Pokemon was for me in SM, it did loosen me up to the point that I managed to pound this one out after a few tries.
