It doesn't seem like much help but I find whenever I over think an upcoming part (rolls, jacks, etc..) I tend to tense up, get nervous and then goods happen. That trill is just a normal right handed trill with pretty noteskins

Either way, it forces a left handed trill. Both patterns do, actually. They're equally as difficult - it all just depends which finger you like to hold the dominant beat (red/blue) and the one you'd like to hold the offbeat (yellow).
