how do you get averages?

I restart the song over and over till I get the first average, they're probably the hardest part of getting an omniflag.

Edit: Tsugihagi Construction is ragebait incarnate, and I don't need any help with that, so I tried Determination. I ground out 18 clean, then this happened when I was trying to improve on it. Outside of the one trill I bomb and a fingerderp later on, this is an SDG.
