Before I say my stuff, DDRNGGin, that is a sick AAA and you should be truly proud of what you've accomplished there.

People can AAA FotBB because their hands can one-handed trill like a boss. Like jacks, this is something that players just have the ability to do naturally. I disagree that the file would be higher than what it already is. It's one of those "either you can or you can't" files. However, FotBB is one of those files that wouldn't merit a division promotion.

If I had to place DDRNGGin based on his current skill rating, he'd be D4 because that's literally his only score that would help him towards a D5 skill rating. D5 skill rating requires at least a 6,450 skill rating, and his 2nd highest (Vertex BETA AAA) is only a 6,400, making it still a D4 score.

In short, FotBB is a talent-oriented file and shouldn't impact a player's placement. The file being a 74 in my honest opinion is fine the way it is.

Nah FOTBB is definitely higher than a 76 or 77. Sure you can play it without the background and make it a hell of a lot easier to see, but its still pretty damn hard to aaa all of those trills, plus the ending isnt all that easy either. I play on legacy so idk how it plays without the background, but i consider it "cheating" if you play it without because thats how it was meant to be played. Regardless its an amazing AAA for sure, no doubt about that.

If you're skillset includes trilling, then you would see FoTBB doesn't need a bump up in difficulty. I personally think the hardest part in the song is most certainly the extended One Handed Trill (reg = left hand, mirror = right hand).

It is a song that tests not only endurance but consistency since it is a song that is mainly built through trilling. The trills persay are not fast whatsoever, so I think it should just stay where it is now. If you think that FoTBB should be bumped up towards FGO status, please rethink that the players who AAA this would then be considered High D5 due to AAA'ing a FGO.

FOTBB as a file is literally just one 199 bpm trill. Maybe you can count the runningman at the end too.
But if you're at the point where you can AAA those, the rest of the file is an afterthought comparatively.

It's an impressive AAA to get, but let's not exaggerate. Being able to trill for 3 seconds doesn't get you Scarhand.

I can AAA the entirety of the song except for the extended one handed trill.

Absolutely not should FoTBB ever be considered for a higher difficulty or even an FGO at that point.
