If you're using R^3 engine, right click on the graph on the lower part of the screen and it'll say "Take a Screenshot - Imgur" iirc

X) Copy/Paste with [>img] [/img<] tags and you should be good, remove the > and < signs before using the img tag

If not, hit the print screen button on your keyboard, paste into paint and save. Upload to some image hosting website like imgur and do step x

Even quicker than pasting into paint and saving, hit alt + printscreen (only captures current window) and paste into imgur. Grab the direct img link (ends it .png or .jpg) and put it in the [img] tags.

Dynamo, until recently, had Cutthroat as his worst rank, because he couldn't AAA, even though he had AAA'd plenty of 89+ stuff lol. I also think Cutthroat is really tricky and there are much easier files to get scarhand on, but it would be really umpressive to get it on Cutthroat.
