    Re: Fc'd Blaze

k I'll start posting every score I think is good in its own thread and we'll see how that blows over.

FFR Scores and Amateur Scores threads exist, you can call me an elitist if you want but I don't think that individual score threads like these should be made unless it's a heavy/oni get or a milestone thread (500 FCs, 100 AAAs, etc..). If everyone made a separate thread for every score they thought was good, the forums would explode.

I realize that it's his 11th post, so I'll just say that Kayla said it best in her post.

@brother rushy - Marcus made a thread for one score for awhile and no one gave a shit because they were all FGO AAA's. As much as that ticked me off because every day was (*song name* DOMINATED), no one cared (because elitism allows you to bend rules).

Just don't be rude about it. This is clearly a controversial subject (brag board v.s. FFR scores thread).

@Bmah - Personal accomplishments v.s. Actual accomplishments' is the battle. The guy stated he'd get single digit misses on this song so it's not a totally huge milestone and probably not Brag Board worthy, but can definitely be worth notice. Hence why Kayla's response is by far the best response.

On topic, Congrats on the FC.

Didnt know I was making one for every song I beat? I posted 2 threads.. You act as if i just spammed the dead forums to hell or something.

These were just songs that have been troubling me for a while and i finally got them. Thanks for showing me how loving the "high ranked" community is thou /sarcasm

To everyone else thanks, and sorry.

Don't worry about it man. You're free to make threads, don't let the higher-ups stop you.
          You're doing a great job :]

            "the higher-ups" lol

Yeah, don't worry about rushy... you're fine making this thread, as long as you don't get carried away and make a thread for every score you get. Keep up the good work!

I'm just saying don't make a habit of it. I know you're fairly new to the forums and I'm just letting you know that there are two stickies in the brag board made specifically for individual scores. the "high ranked (lol)" community does post often in the Amateur and FFR Scores threads (myself included) and is often supportive of any scores that people post no matter how difficult the score is to get, so don't get me wrong when I'm just letting you know that threads exist for this very purpose.

I didn't say anything in your first thread because I thought it would be a one time thing, but now that there's a trend emerging, I just wanted to make you aware of the scores threads so we don't get a new thread every time you get a new score. And Oni-Paranoia was right about Rubix's threads, even though they were all ridiculously hard FGOs, they didn't need their own threads and the whole thing began to become quite annoying very quickly.

No matter how amazing the scores are, I feel that threads should be reserved for exceptional personal accomplishment and not just a single FC after SDMing a bunch of times (Whether it be Blaze and Comfort Betrays or La Campanella and Revo).

@everyone else saying that everyone has a right to make a thread in the brag board for whatever they want: Although that is true, it would clutter the forums drastically if more people were to post new threads instead of posting in the scores threads. Same goes with SM scores which I see popping up more commonly than FFR score threads.

"These types of scores" is referring to individual scores difficulty 9 and under, contrary to the popular misconception that it seems most of you had..

              EDIT:

You say don't worry about rushy and then go on to make the exact point that I'm making..

I totally agree with rushy. You don't have to make an entirely new thread for a score. There are already threads available to you for posting your scores. Don't fill the forums with excessive threads.
