Club is 120 bpm i think... thats about medium paste for jacking..
i dont no if you play stepmania or not but theres a file called transon its about 130 bpm jacks.... It will help you jack better if you practice a few times .. and then club will be like nothing for you

Club is good practice for longer and faster jacks. It helps you be able to jack at a consistent rate.
