If you're talking about Eggman's old version, it's piss easy to quad. If you're talking about Toph's One More Lovely, it's plausibly quaddable.

Naw, NVLM had an OML too, might be the hardest? not to sure though, I've only played eggmans and nvlm's, I haven't tried tophs yet.

Never played NVLM's - Toph's is Eggman's but with more accuracy on layering (in essence, 16th background melody with jumps thrown in on the piano/synth when melodies overlay).
