Yes, I changed my key setup halfway through the song so I could one hand.
But really, here's what I did...
Setup: Arrow keys.
To start off with, I played like it was spread, but not since it wasn't spread out (what ok) Then when the fast jumps came in at ~140, I did some overlay (left hand middle and index fingers on up and down, right hand index and middle hitting every other jump (left/down and up/right) then hit all the repeating jumps with one hand, two fingers (obviously) then overlay again for the alternating jumps, then index for the rest.
