Geez that background is a desktop wallpaper from animewallpapers.com... But that's fine. The stepfile is great (and what most people only care about).

For everyone who previously had a problem with it, I've updated my stepfile, and this one got rid of two gays:
1. no more jacks during holds, even though they were pretty easy to deal with, and
2. The end part where it gets slow is filled out a bit more. I also got rid of half a sed of 16ths that didn't really fit. I checked the syncing, it was fine. Moogy, I reiterate, you're an ass. Thanks to everyone else for their comments.

EDIT: Just discovered how much fun it is to play chrono on 1.5x music
